When I was younger, I loved sending long emails to my friends and family. There was something so personal, so safe about letter writing. But as I got older, email became about logistics—a quick way to convey information, make a request, schedule a meeting.

I missed the love letters. I missed telling stories.

So I started this seasonal newsletter.

Since then, I’ve written about perfectionism, and Marie Kondo, and being biracial, and about that one time, when my mother ate my imaginary friend.

In turn, readers have replied with their own stories.

If you’re like me and you miss those long letters, join below. In addition to stories about writing and creativity, I also send book recommendations, release updates, and giveaways.
